Nothing on this platform — including but not limited to AI-generated responses, journal analysis, trade audit results, behavioral reports, or any other content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

TradingTether does not recommend, endorse, or suggest the purchase, sale, or holding of any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument. TradingTether is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

Purpose of the Platform

TradingTether is designed exclusively to help traders develop self-awareness and behavioral discipline. The platform provides tools for:

• Logging and reviewing personal trading journal entries
• Tracking adherence to user-defined personal risk rules
• Identifying behavioral patterns such as overtrading, revenge trading, and emotional decision-making
• Accessing educational content about trading psychology and behavioral finance

None of these tools are intended to, and shall not, be interpreted as recommending any specific financial action.

AI Limitations

The AI Coach and Automated Trade Auditor features use artificial intelligence models. These models:

• Are constrained by system-level instructions to never offer financial advice
• May make errors in behavioral pattern analysis
• Do not have access to real-time market data
• Are not a substitute for professional financial, psychological, or medical advice

Risk Disclosure

Trading in securities, options, futures, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the data necessary to provide the TradingTether service. Your journal entries, trade data, and personal risk rules are encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with financial institutions or brokers.

Terms of Service

By using TradingTether you agree that: (1) you are using the platform for educational and behavioral self-improvement purposes only; (2) you will not rely on TradingTether content as a basis for any investment decision; (3) TradingTether bears no liability for trading losses incurred by any user.

Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

TradingTether Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to Pro features through that date. TradingTether does not provide prorated refunds for unused time within an active billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@tradingtether.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case. Annual subscribers who cancel within 7 days of renewal may be eligible for a full refund of the most recent annual charge, reviewed case-by-case.
